New Vans Vault in Store and Online 11.15.14

The forthcoming season of Vault by Vans brings two of Vans’ most prestigious collaborators together for the fourth installment of Vault by Vans x Diemme. Utilizing the Italian footwear maker’s refined construction techniques, Vans has partnered with Diemme to produce high-end, handcrafted interpretations of the Sk8-Hi, introducing the Montebelluna Hi LX. Holiday 2014 presents the most luxurious Vault by Vans x Diemme collaboration to date, as each silhouette is outfitted in premium leather from the legendary US tannery, Horween Leather Company, out of Chicago, Illinois.

The holiday offering of Vault by Vans x Diemme delivers, for the first time, two-toned options of the Montebelluna Hi LX.

A more subtle color palette can be seen across the second shoe, as a solid-colored warm brown Montebelluna Hi LX makes its first appearance.

Vans Vault is proud to present the second full season of handcrafted Italian footwear by Diemme. Manufactured in the Veneto region of Italy and incorporating classic Vans design cues, the line consists of Buffalo Boots and Sk8-Hi’s.
The Buffalo Boot is built with full grain Italian, waterproof leathers, a gusseted tongue, welted construction, and a classic Vibram® bottom, making it the sophisticated, weatherproof choice for the season. The Italian leather uppers of the Sk8-Hi are inspired by classic athletic colorways in red and grey.

Diemme and Vans Vault return for their second installment. Premium leather has been utilized throughout this made in Italy collection, both black and Navy colorways of the Montebelluna Hi LX, a take on Vans' Sk8-Hi model.  As a nod to the Diemme heritage, Italian flag detailing has been stitched at the heel of the high-top.
